Tods Murray is delighted to announce the appointment of David Dunsire as the new Executive Partner with effect from 1 June 2008. David was Head of the Firm’s Corporate department and brings a wide ranging, high level of corporate and management experience to the post. David’s main areas of practice are in company law and corporate finance. He has particular experience in the fields of acquisitions and disposals, MBOs, start-ups, joint ventures, hospitality and leisure, partnership and corporate financial services.
