Elaine specialises in commercial property work having wide experience of all aspects of property related transactions with particular experience in investment, development and landlord and tenant work and in dealing with the property aspects of PFI/PPP projects.
Her clients range from major institutional investors, leading development and investment companies in Europe, local investment/development companies to individuals who are investors, landlords or tenants.
Elaine is a member of the Hospitality & Leisure team, a cross departmental group of lawyers with specialist experience advising clients in the hotel and leisure industry.
