Shona deals with a wide variety of commercial property transactions including investment purchases and sales, leasing work, secured lending and advising on property aspects of cross-border transactions. Shona also acts for a healthcare group in managing their property portfolio and connected purchases and sales and has also recently become increasingly involved in option agreements and leases for a windfarm operator.
Her clients include a large healthcare operator, institutional/investor landlords and a number of banks and local companies who are investors, landlords or tenants.
Recent transactions include acting on behalf of a German Fund in a cross-border portfolio purchase and development of several properties in Scotland and completion of a £35m security transaction for a German Bank for the financing of an investment purchase in Aberdeen.
