Tods Murray Finance Briefings: Overview of Guarantees
During this introductory session on Guarantees, Tony Watson and Fraser Bennett, members of Tods Murray’s banking department, will look at the different types of Guarantee, together with a review of case law in the last couple of years, that have involved guarantees and interpreting their provisions.
It is envisaged that this session may be of particular interested to banks, financial institutions, corporates, guarantee providers, borrowers and practitioners.
